Hi, I’m Egzona — but most people call me Zona. I’m a master eyebrow specialist and body waxing expert, and the proud owner and founder of Bare Skin & Wax. I launched the studio solo in 2021 in Trumbull, Connecticut, right in the heart of the post-COVID chaos. What began as a leap of faith quickly evolved into something beyond my wildest dreams, and I couldn’t be more proud of what my team and I have built.

My love for beauty started early. I was that kid sneaking into my mom’s vanity, experimenting with her makeup.  Before I refined my practice to focus exclusively on body waxing, brows and lash lifts I was a professional bridal makeup artist, spray tan technician as well as a lash extension artist allowing me to offer a well-rounded, results-driven approach to beauty.

After high school, I enrolled in community college to pursue respiratory therapy, but quickly realized my true calling was in esthetics. I left school to follow my passion and immersed myself in skincare, fueled by my own struggles with acne and skin health.

Ironically, waxing was the one part of my training I swore I’d never pursue — but life had other plans. After graduating, I began working at a prestigious salon in Fairfield County, where I trained under some of the industry’s top leaders. It was there that I refined my waxing techniques, fell in love with brow shaping, and quickly advanced  into a lead artist role.

After the birth of my second son, I knew I needed greater flexibility to balance motherhood and my career, and that’s when Bare Skin & Wax was born. It became my solution, my creative outlet, and ultimately, my thriving business.

Today, I proudly pass on the techniques I’ve mastered over the last 10+ years to every new esthetician on my team, ensuring each client receives personalized, high-quality, precision driven services especially when it comes to achieving their dream brows.

Dr. Seth Clohosey is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and the Medical Director at Bare Skin & Wax. He brings a thoughtful, medically grounded approach to aesthetic care, with a focus on natural-appearing results.

In addition to his full-time role in primary care, Dr. Clohosey has advanced training in aesthetic injectables and works closely with the Bare Skin & Wax clinical team to ensure treatments are performed safely, intentionally, and in alignment with each client’s individual goals. His philosophy emphasizes balance, precision, and respect for facial anatomy—prioritizing outcomes that feel authentic, refined, and true to the individual.

Dr. Clohosey is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient care across all clinical settings, with an approach to aesthetics that reflects both medical rigor and a quiet appreciation for form, proportion, and balance.

Hi, I’m Bianca. My journey with Bare Skin & Wax came full circle—starting as a client and now proudly serving clients as a licensed esthetician on the team. Inspired by my own experience in the treatment room, I pursued my education in esthetics and turned my love for skincare and brow artistry into a career.

With several years in the aesthetics field, I bring passion, precision, and a personalized approach to every service I provide. I specialize in medical-grade facials and brow artistry, and I’m committed to creating a welcoming, elevated experience while delivering high-quality, results-driven treatments.

Having once been in the client chair myself, I understand how important it is to feel comfortable, supported, and confident. My goal is for every client to leave feeling cared for, glowing, and truly confident in their skin.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, staying active, exploring new places, and cuddling with my rescue dog, Nilsa.
